Step 1: Complete the online applicant questionnaire
All applicants are required to complete the brief applicant questionnaire. Your answers to the questionnaire will determine if your organization is eligible to apply for a grant. If your organization is eligible, you will be directed to complete the online Letter of Inquiry. Click here to complete the questionnaire.

Step 2: Complete the online Letter of Inquiry
If your organization is eligible, you will be prompted to complete and submit the online Letter of Inquiry. Letters of Inquiry may be submitted at any time throughout any given year.

Step 3: Review of Letter of Inquiry
Letters of Inquiry will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt. Upon review, we will contact applicants to either (1) request additional information or submission of a full grant application or (2) extend notification that funding is not recommended.

Step 4: Grant decisions
Based on review of full grant applications, The Regence Foundation board of directors will meet quarterly to designate grant approvals or denials. Following the quarterly board meeting, applicants with full grant applications under review will be contacted by phone, email and/or letter about funding decisions.
