Eligibility Guidelines

To be eligible for a Regence Foundation grant, organizations must meet the following criteria:

• The mission of the grantee organization must closely align with the Foundation’s mission to transform health care.
• The grant is used to serve residents of Idaho, Oregon, Washington and/or Utah.
• The grantee organization is pursuing activities directly related to at least one of the Foundation's three program areas: Building Healthier Communities, Transforming Health Care or End-of-Life.
• The grantee's project includes a clear explanation of desired outcomes and measurement, with facts or details of how it will deliver high impact, sustainable benefit and attract continued support from a variety of sources.
